Privately owned Mizen Group have announced that they have completed the acquisition of their latest development site in Hanwell, London.
The new mixed use development site at 144 – 156 Uxbridge Road has planning consent for the regeneration of the former motor garage and is situated close to the new Crossrail Station at Hanwell. The new development will provide a landmark building in central Hanwell and consist of 36 flats (in a mix of one and two bedroom layouts), seven modern houses with private gardens on Westminster Road, along with retail space on the ground floor of the new apartment building fronting Uxbridge Road.

Crossrail will transform the whole Ealing corner of west London so we expect strong demand for this new scheme.”
